Stefania Molina is a PhD candidate at the Research Training Group "The Dynamics of Demography, Democratic Processes and Public Policy" (DYNAMICS). She obtained a bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Master of Public Policy from the Hertie School. She previously worked as a Research Assistant at WZB Berlin Social Science Center Berlin and as a Research Associate at the Hertie School on the project "Family Behavior and Health." Her research interests include families, fertility, inequalities and social policy. More specifically, she is interested in understanding how social inequalities affect family dynamics.
