MEGA – Master of European Governance and Administration

The part-time executive program "Master of European Governance and Administration" (MEGA) offers an excellent preparation for German-French, European and international tasks. With this joint Master's programme, Germany and France offer professionals from administration and business a unique preparation for the challenges of Franco-German and European administrative cooperation. The professional experiences and needs of the participants and those of their sending institutions are specifically incorporated into the program.

Expand Competencies, strengthen Cooperation

In addition to German and French employees, numerous participants from other EU countries and from countries with EU accession prospects have also used this program for further professional development. Upon successful completion of the MEGA program, the four participating universities (University of Potsdam, Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer) jointly award the academic degree "Master of European Governance and Administration" (Joint Degree). The Institut national du service public (INSP) and the Federal Academy for Public Administration are also equal partners in the programme.
